It all started with a passion and a dream—a passion for the home and a dream of helping others. At Liberty Interior, we believe our clients deserve the best home experience possible. We proudly offer a wide range of renovation and project management services, professional interior design, and exclusive access to one-of-a-kind products through our Liberty Marketplace. Based in Chatham, Ontario, we love serving our local community, but our reach extends worldwide through our virtual design platform.

Meet Erin Liberty, our CEO and Founder

Erin is a small-town girl with a big heart and soulful vision. She’s married to Joe and is a proud mom to Jackson and Hayden.

After 20 years in the corporate world as a Chartered Professional Accountant in the Energy Industry, Erin followed her passion for design and helping others create spaces they love. In 2014, she earned a diploma from the Interior Design Institute of Canada, and a year later, she launched Liberty Interior Design Ltd.—a business built on passion, purpose, and pride.

Based in Chatham, Ontario, Liberty Interior serves clients across Southwestern Ontario and beyond with both in-person and virtual design experiences. Today, Erin and Joe enjoy flipping homes, designing custom furniture, and turning dream spaces into reality.

Joe has over 25 years of experience in the home design industry. He has worked with custom home builders across the province at a strategic level and has experience managing hundreds of renovation projects. He combines his extensive knowledge in the industry with his passion for handcrafting custom wood furnishings, bringing a unique and personal touch to our clients' designs. He also provides renovation consulting through Liberty Interior. Most recently, we created and added Water’s Edgy by Liberty Resort to our company—a reflection of our continued passion for creating inspired spaces that blend comfort, style, and soul.

VIRTUAL E-DESIGN SERVICES

Experience Liberty Interior Design's eDesign service, a modern and convenient way to transform your living spaces from the comfort of your own home. Our eDesign package includes a virtual initial design consultation, personalized mood boards with custom shopping lists, detailed recommendations, floor plans, a virtual reveal, and two rounds of revisions. This flexible and affordable eDesign service empowers you to create stunning, personalized spaces that truly reflect your style.

DISCOVERY PHASE
This phase is all about getting to know you—your lifestyle, home goals, and unique vision. You’ll also learn about our process, timelines, pricing, and what to expect when working with our team.
PLANNING PHASE
Over 6–12 months, we’ll plan every detail—selecting materials, refining your design, and presenting everything at the Liberty Showroom. You’ll receive a full design package, ready for the next phase.
EXECUTION PHASE
This is where the design comes off the page. Our team manages every detail—from build to final walkthrough—ensuring your space reflects the vision. Want the full reveal? We can even style your home to perfection.
